  Includes one table and (1) registration to the Welcome Reception Wednesday evening, Thursday dinner, meeting sessions, introduction at opening, recognition in meeting program.
• Basic Exhibit + Bronze – $1,050.00
  Includes one table and (1) registration to the Welcome Reception Wednesday evening, Thursday dinner, meeting sessions, introduction at opening, recognition in meeting program.
  
  Also Includes 10 minute presentation at the Breakfast Club prior to scientific sessions.
