• Basic Exhibit – $800.00
  Includes one table and (1) registration to the Welcome Reception Wednesday evening, Thursday dinner, meeting sessions, introduction at opening, recognition in meeting program.
• Basic Exhibit + Bronze – $1,050.00
  Includes one table and (1) registration to the Welcome Reception Wednesday evening, Thursday dinner, meeting sessions, introduction at opening, recognition in meeting program.
  
  Also Includes 10 minute presentation at the Breakfast Club prior to scientific sessions.
• Basic Exhibit + Gold – $1,600.00
  Includes one table and (1) registration to the Welcome Reception Wednesday evening, Thursday dinner, meeting sessions, introduction at opening, recognition in meeting program.
  
  With this sponsorship, you would cover lunch on Thursday or the Wednesday social gathering.
• Basic Exhibit + Platinum – $2,000.00
  Includes one table and (1) registration to the Welcome Reception Wednesday evening, Thursday dinner, meeting sessions, introduction at opening, recognition in meeting program.
  
  Also includes sponsoring the plated President's Dinner on Thursday night.
• Basic Exhibit + Silver – $1,350.00
  Includes one table and (1) registration to the Welcome Reception Wednesday evening, Thursday dinner, meeting sessions, introduction at opening, recognition in meeting program.
  
  Also includes sponsoring one of the breaks during the scientific sessions on Thursday and Friday.

  Will allow for adult beverages at the President's dinner for 2 hours and Wednesday social gathering
